1. Responsible Sourcing

We aim to source gemstones, precious metals, jewellery components and related products through established suppliers and business partners. Where appropriate, we seek supporting documentation relating to product identity, quality, origin, treatment and authenticity.

2. Gemstone Authenticity

Gemstones may be natural, treated, synthetic or laboratory-created depending upon the product description. Where applicable, relevant treatment or product characteristics will be disclosed in accordance with the information available to us and applicable requirements.

3. Precious Metals

For gold and silver jewellery, we seek to maintain accurate records relating to metal specifications, purity and applicable compliance requirements.

4. Supplier Standards

5. Traceability & Documentation

Depending on the nature and value of a product, supply-chain records may include supplier invoices, product specifications, certificates, laboratory reports, hallmarking information, purchase records and other relevant documentation.

Documentation requirements may vary according to the product, supplier, transaction and applicable legal requirements.

6. Conflict Minerals & Responsible Trade

We do not knowingly support suppliers involved in unlawful mining, forced labour, human trafficking or other unlawful practices. We expect suppliers to comply with applicable laws relating to sourcing, trade, labour and business conduct.

Where appropriate, we may request additional information from suppliers to understand the provenance and compliance status of materials.

7. Product Claims

Product descriptions, gemstone characteristics, metal specifications, certificates, treatments and other claims should be based on available supporting information. We aim to avoid misleading descriptions and will correct material inaccuracies identified in our product information.

8. Hallmarked Jewellery
